Our hourly rate services are results-based and tied to a defined checklist, not the hours spent. This means our cleaners will work through the tasks for your booked service (plus any selected extras) to deliver a high-quality clean aligned with our service standards.

At the time of booking, you’ll receive an estimated duration for the service. This is provided as a guideline only and may vary depending on the condition of the property. Our cleaning teams also receive this estimate to assist in planning their schedule.

If the clean requires more time than estimated, our Fair Service Guarantee applies:

• Our team will work up to 1 additional hour beyond the estimate at no extra charge.
• If it becomes clear that significantly more time is required to complete the checklist to standard, additional charges may apply.
• In such cases, we will always contact you for approval before any extra charges are incurred.

This ensures you receive a fair, thorough service while protecting both our clients and our cleaning teams.
